Hello Fine Arts Ninjas! I thought it would be fun to have a little contest before Spring Break. There will be one winner chosen from each division.
Your task is to create a page inspired by the book I read you today. Obviously, your page must be related to music... and I will be looking for creativity and attention to details. This includes the written portion AND the accompanying illustrations. Try to come up with original ideas. Do not plagiarize.
I will display the submissions I receive for everyone to see and a winner will be chosen before Spring Break. This is not a requirement, but I highly recommend that everyone participate in this as it IS possible that more than one winner is chosen (Hint: I want you to make my decision difficult)!

Hi Claudia,
ReplyDeleteAll you need to do is create a "page" from a book based on this story I read.... Basically, choose one letter of the alphabet and write a few sentences about music (using that letter). For example, "B is for Beatles playing a Bongo Beat and Bass."
Make sure it's creative, and make sure you include a neat picture. I will display these outside the library. The winner(s) get a sushi lunch with me! ... This is not a requirement... but I encourage everyone to try. :)
